Directed by JB Braud, Prettybird, he and Elias set out to create a visual culinary experience like no other. They didn’t want the film to feel like something that was already seen- this wasn’t about the perfection of food, no perfectly curated topdown shots or tabletop dollies that have become expected in food media.
WE ARE ONA is about the reality of working in a kitchen and creating the intricacies of their pop-up events, which are just as much art installations as a fine-dining experience.
Elias and JB embraced the fast-paced environment of the kitchen and crafted the visuals to emphasize the attention to detail the WE ARE ONA team puts into their work.
